電氣安全CE認證 - 低電壓指令-適用範圍

　　LVD 2006/95/EC適用於所有本身功能使用電壓範圍在交流50~1000V，直流75~1500V的電氣產品，這個定義系指指令的適用範圍，而不是指令適用的限制 (例如，在使用交流230V的電腦中，直流12V的電路所造成的危險也受LVD的規範)。LVD適用于提供給消費者和工業使用的產品，如果是工業用設備，指令也涵蓋了製造商本身使用的產品(例如: 測試設備)。本指令已於2007年1月16日起強制執行。

　　除下列設備Equipment and Phenomena outside the Scope of this Directive：

　　Electrical equipment for use in an explosive atmosphere　爆炸環境下的電氣設備

　　Electrical equipment for radiology and medical purposes　放射及醫療目的的電氣設備

　　Electrical parts for goods and passenger lifts　用於貨物及人員升降的電氣部件

　　Electricity meters　電能表

　　Plugs and socket outlets for domestic use　家用插頭，插座

　　Electric fence controllers　電網控制器

　　Radio-electrical interference無線電干擾

　　Specialised electrical equipment, for use on ships, aircraft or railways, which complies with the safety provisions drawn up 使用在有專用要求的船舶，航太或鐵路上的電氣設備

　　by international bodies in which the Member States participate.國際性組織成員分享的設備

什麼是LVD

　　LVD與EMC一樣，都是CE認證裡的其中一項指令。CE認證根據不同的產品做出不同的指令認證，EMC是CE裡的電磁相容指令Electromagnetic Compatibility，而LVD是CE裡的低電壓指令，低電壓設備的定義為額定電壓為交流電時50到1000伏特間，直流電時75到1500伏特間的電氣設備。

電氣安全CE認證 - 電氣安全CE認證-協調標準

　　如果一種產品是根據歐洲的標準來設計並遵守歐洲標準，這樣便假定該產品是符合指示中的安全要求。例如，EN60598覆蓋照明產品，而EN60335則覆蓋家用電氣。

電氣安全CE認證 - 符合性聲明

　　製造商或其授權的代表必須將CE標誌貼在產品上，並起草一份符合性聲明，細節如下：

　　◆ name and address of the manufacturer or his authorised representative established within the Community　製造商或其授權的歐洲代表的名稱及地址,

　　◆ a description of the electrical equipment電氣設備的說明,

　　◆ reference to the harmonised standards參考的協調標準,

　　◆ where appropriate, references to the specifications with which conformity is declared　適當時，指出符合性聲明所依賴的規範,

　　◆ identification of the signatory who has been empowered to enter into commitments on behalf of the manufacturer or his authorised representative established within the Community　識別誰有能力代表製造商或歐盟授權代表簽署,

　　◆ the last two digits of the year in which the CE marking was affixed.

電氣安全CE認證 - 技術檔

　　Technical documentation must enable the conformity of the electrical equipment to the requirements of this Directive to be assessed. It must, as far as relevant for such assessment, cover the design, manufacture and operation of the electrical equipment. It must include:

　　◆ a general description of the electrical equipment 電氣設備的一般描述

　　◆ conceptual design and manufacturing drawings and schemes of components, sub-assemblies, circuits, etc. 元件，附件，電路的概念性設計和製造圖紙和方案

　　◆ descriptions and explanations necessary for the understanding of said drawings and schemes and the operation　of the electrical equipment　上述圖表和方案以及電氣設備操作的必要的解釋和描述

　　◆ a list of the standards applied in full or in part, and descriptions of the solutions adopted to satisfy the safety aspects of this Directive where standards have not been applied,全部或部分引用標準的清單，在未採用標準時，為滿足安全要求所採用的的解決方法

　　◆ results of design calculations made, examinations carried out, etc.設計計算，檢查執行的結果

　　◆ test reports　測試報告
